We process the data you fill in the form: name, email, phone and, optionally, details about your investment intent (budget band, timeline, financing, project interest, note). With a submitted form we also technically store the IP address, browser identifier and time of submission, for security and to evidence consent.
We use the data to contact you, prepare an individual analysis or offer and arrange a consultation. For the Insights subscription we send only as long as you want it. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in handling your inquiry.
